I mean, who doesn't love controversial things, at least not me (lie).This Subway advertisement has absolutely nothing to do with their sandwiches, and yet it works well for advertising their brand because of the shock value. It's a smart way to use the concept of controversial advertising as a sellpoint without actually doing anything sexy. Plus, sexy billboards usually don't spell "sex" out in their advertisements. 

 

Bergemann & Son Funeral Services

If you happen to see this kind of OOH ads in your life, never ever step forward. I repeat again, NEVER! Unless you want to see Paradise "Little Closer". This advertisement was placed in a Berlin subway across from the platform with the message, "Come a Little Closer". This advertisement was a funeral services business and they were trying to use dark humor to build brand awareness. This advertisement was very controversial because many people do not take death lightly and this advertisement literally tells passersby that if they were to come closer and get hit by the subway, then they would be using their funeral services. Dark humour at its finest!

Please find an actual job for yourself students. This is legit dark hole and prostitution in the name of dating. (Me, proceeding to browse the website under my blanket)

When the billboard designer let their assistant take over on the sick day. Citizens on the next day:"Mangkuk"? Mangkuk, who? Where is my broomstick!? Still wondering how bad the novelist was until they got on the billboard of "Shame" and how could they make such a mistake? Indeed, clueless. However, it's hilarious on so many levels because "mangkuk" refers to stupidity in everyday conversion with friends, colleagues, or just for fun. Sometimes, it could be an insult as well. If we translate these words into English, it means "Stupid Novelist". Please, I'm already on the floor. No more!
